Where we ship
We ship within Malaysia only. We don’t ship internationally at the moment.

Processing and delivery time
- Orders are packed and shipped within 2 working days of payment. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after shipping, depending on your location. East Malaysia and rural areas may take longer.
- During big sales or festive periods, shipping may take a few extra days. We’ll contact you if there’s a significant delay.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send your tracking number by WhatsApp and email. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours. Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner and delivered by local couriers such as J&T Express or Ninja Van.
Entered the wrong address?
You can correct your delivery address yourself within 1 hour of ordering, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Use the “Change address” link on your order confirmation page or in your order email. After that, WhatsApp us at +60 14-584 5044 with your order number and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please record an unboxing video when you open your parcel. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out. See our Refund policy for details.
