Who it’s for
- Orders bought on tlabhaircare.com. Orders from other platforms follow that platform’s own return policy.
- Claim within 60 days of your order being delivered.
- One claim per customer, for the first purchase of each product, up to 2 units per product.
- Combo and Ritual sets are covered per product inside.
Use it properly
- Use it as directed for at least 45 of the 60 days.
- Hair Tonic: every day, on the scalp. Hair Serum: after every wash.
- Anti-Hairfall Shampoo: as your regular shampoo.
- Hair Gloss is covered once it launches.
Your refund
- We refund what you paid for the product, to your original payment method.
- Within 14 working days after we approve your claim.
- Shipping fees are not refunded.
- Free gifts must be returned, or their value is taken off the refund.

- Not for products damaged by misuse.
