Our Hair Tonic was formulated in collaboration with Assoc. Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Rosnani Hasham, Director of the Institute of Bioproduct Development at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). It uses caffeine upcycled from spent coffee grounds, from research carried out at UTM. The Hair Serum and Anti-Hairfall Shampoo complete the T·Lab range, and every product is made in Malaysia. Yes. Every T·Lab product goes through quality control before it’s sold and is notified with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM). You’ll find each product’s KKM notification number on its product page. The coffee extract in our Hair Tonic was also safety-tested in UTM’s lab.

Our haircare products are suitable for all hair types, including straight, wavy, curly, dry and chemically treated hair. They’re gentle enough for everyday use. If you have a sensitive scalp, we recommend a quick patch test before your first use.

We recommend starting with the Hair Tonic, since it’s the one made for hair fall. For a complete routine, wash with the Anti-Hairfall Shampoo, spray the Hair Tonic on your scalp, then smooth the Hair Serum on your ends. Our combos bundle these together at a lower price.

Our Hair Serum is a light leave-on for your ends. It tames frizz, adds shine and protects your hair from heat styling. Our Hair Gloss, coming soon, is a conditioning treatment that smooths the hair and gives it a glossy finish.

Yes. Our Hair Serum smooths the outer layer of each strand and helps lock in moisture, so your hair looks shinier and softer from the very first use.

Spray it directly onto a dry or towel-dried scalp along your partings, then massage gently for about a minute. There’s no need to rinse. For the best results, use it every day.

Yes. The Hair Tonic is light and dries in a few minutes, so it won’t feel oily under a helmet, songkok or cap. Spray it after your shower or at night and let it dry before you cover up.

Of course. Our Hair Tonic is light, dries quickly and doesn’t leave your hair oily. Just let it dry for a few minutes before you put on your tudung.

Yes. Our products are gentle on chemically treated hair. If you’ve just had a colour or rebonding treatment, we recommend a quick patch test before your first use.

That cooling feeling comes from menthol, and it fades after a few minutes. If it ever burns or feels uncomfortable, rinse it off and stop using it.

We recommend checking with your doctor before using any new scalp product while you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.

Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia is RM5.90, and free for orders of RM99 and above. To Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan it’s RM15.00, and free for orders of RM149 and above. You’ll always see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.

We pack and ship your order within 2 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after that, depending on where you are. East Malaysia and rural areas may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, we’ll send your tracking number by WhatsApp and email. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Don’t worry. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, you can change the address yourself within 1 hour of ordering, using the “Change address” link in your order confirmation or email. After that, WhatsApp us at +60 14-584 5044 with your order number and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

Yes. If you’ve used a product as directed and you’re not happy with the results, you can claim a refund within 60 days of delivery. See the full terms

We’re sorry about that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos and an unboxing video. We’ll send a replacement or refund the item, at no cost to you.
