If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
- RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- MANDATORY PROOF OF DAMAGE/ISSUE (UNBOXING VIDEO)
To strictly ensure the validity of your return claim, we require a video recording of the unboxing process.
- You must record a video while opening the parcel.
- The video must clearly show the condition of the product upon arrival.
- Failure to provide this unboxing video may result in your return request being denied.
- SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. - NO EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, you will need to return the original item (subject to this policy) and place a new order. - REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected (including verification of your unboxing video), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
